Eligibility
Paid enrollments in Pulse Sketch, Trace Atelier, and Fleet Lantern may be refunded according to the rules below. Free workshops and complimentary materials are not refundable.
Timeframe
Request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than Module 1 materials and have not attended a live session. After that window, partial refunds may apply as described next.
Full vs. partial refunds
Full refund: unused enrollment within 7 days meeting the access limits above, or studio cancellation of a cohort. Partial refund: 50% if you withdraw before Module 3 begins and have attended at most one live session. No partial refund after Module 3 opens.
Non-refundable items
Third-party tool licenses, travel to optional Busan meetups, custom consulting add-ons, and seats transferred to another learner at your request are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email hello@microservicesapi.digital with your full name, enrollment date, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after confirmation. Bank timelines may vary by country.
Cancellation by the studio
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.
Exceptions
Documented medical or family emergencies may receive goodwill partial credit outside the standard window at our discretion. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may pause future enrollment eligibility while we investigate.
